Biography

Mingyang Zhu received the B.E. degree in information engineering and the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2018 and 2024, respectively. From 2023 to 2024, he was a Research Assistant with the Institute of Network Coding, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he subsequently worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow from 2024 to 2026. He is currently a Zijiang Young Scholar with the School of Information and Electronic Engineering, East China Normal University. His research interests include channel coding theory, coding algorithms and their implementation, network information theory, and related areas. He is the first author of more than ten papers published in leading journals and conference proceedings, including IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, IEEE Transactions on Communications, and IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory (ISIT).
